Q: How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date of your order,
please email us at:
Sales@TweezerTweezer.com with your order number and the full name used for
your purchase. Once your order information is confirmed we will email you a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please note: No returns will be
accepted without an assigned RMA number. The product must be received by us
within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA number to you. All products must be packed
in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping
costs. All returned merchandise must be in New and undamaged condition.

We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all
returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare
the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the
shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier

you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Q: How long will it take to receive a Refund?

- You can anticipate the following time frames to see receive your refund:
